Packaging & Insurance

Every piece is packed with protective materials suited to its dimensions, material and fragility. For international transport or delicate pieces, custom-built wooden crates can be arranged. Full insurance is recommended for high-value items. Standard carrier coverage is limited and may not reflect the full value of the piece. Full insurance covers the total purchase price, subject to the insurer's terms and conditions.

Delivery Options

Options range from Curbside Delivery to the entrance of your building, to White Glove Delivery with in-home placement and removal of packaging. Professional assembly can be arranged as an additional service where needed. For time-sensitive orders, Express Delivery is available to prioritise your shipment.

Transit Times

Transit times typically range from 2 to 5 weeks within Europe. Intercontinental shipments generally take 3 to 5 weeks by air freight, while sea freight can take several months depending on the destination. These times are indicative and may be affected by customs procedures, local regulations or other external factors. Once the shipment is booked, the delivery partner will contact you to coordinate final delivery.

Additional Costs

Local arrangements such as parking permits, external lifting equipment, additional manpower, redelivery or storage are not included in the quote. For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs charges and related administrative fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are settled with local authorities upon arrival.
