About Vittorio Nobili
Vittorio Nobili (1917–2000) was an Italian designer who moved from architecture into furniture design in the post-war period. He began his career at the Milanese company Fratelli Tagliabue, where his work was quickly recognised and awarded.
In 1953, he founded his own studio, Arredamenti Vittorio Nobili, where he developed a series of experimental furniture pieces. His work is defined by the use of materials such as stainless steel, wood, glass, and Plexiglas, combined with a clear and functional approach to form.
